Ganesh Pandi Sankar
With over 15 years of culinary experience in national and international restaurants, Chef Ganesh Pandi Sankar has built an impressive career across India, Dubai, and the United States.
He began his journey in 2009 at Hot Breads, Chennai, later expanding his expertise with leading roles in Dubai’s LuLu Hypermarket and La Bruch. In the U.S., he worked with Google (Sunnyvale), Rasa, and Sakoon before joining the Michelin-starred DOSA in San Francisco in 2018. His leadership continued at Chick-fil-A (2019), and in 2024 he brought his passion and innovation to Suvai.
Chef Ganesh’s global experience and dedication to authentic flavors make him a true culinary artist, blending tradition with creativity to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
